Wrist to Floor Measurement: Stand with feet shoulder width apart and let arms hang naturally at your side. If right handed, measure the distance from the first crease of your right wrist closest to the palm of your hand to the floor. If you're left handed, measure the distance from your left wrist to the floor.
Hand Measurement: If you're right handed, outstretch your right hand and measure the distance from the tip of your middle finger to the bottom of your palm. If left handed, measure your left hand the same way.
